Sol Tee - Organic Cotton/Linen/Merino Knit

New for Spring Summer from the Woollykins Knittery. Designed and Knit in Castlemaine for our inhouse label UMIFORM. 

Your basic tee for living in all summer long. Boxy, beautiful fabric and weight, knit in a seemless two tone colour yarn combo that is actually fully reversible! (just remove the label!)

The top has a boxy shape with drop cap sleeves with a cardigan stitch sleeve cuff and garter stitch hem. It's knitted in two complimentary coloured yarns which create a subtle melange of the two colours throughout. We think it looks so flattering on. The yarn feels soft and the linen gives a lovely structure and weight to the garment.

Care: Air between uses. Delicate wash when required. Reshape while damp and dry flat. Mend any thread pulls or holes immediately.

Garment measurements: taken in cm on garment laid flat (double for circumference). Tip: Compare to a similar style garment in your wardrobe. Measurements are approximate as there is a little natural variation due to the handmade nature of production and finishing knitwear. 

Model Body Measurements

Yarn sourcing for our Spring Summer collection feature plant fibres: organic cotton, linen, organic hemp as well as blends featuring RWS merino wool and silk noil. 

This yarn is from Hong Kong company UPW which we have found to be a highly sustainable and environmentally conscious yarn producer across all stages of the process from fibre sourcing and throughout the entire production process. Their yarns are spun and dyed in China. There is traceability across all their fibres and responsible practices, such as 100% of their wool fibres come from RWS certified farms and all of their cashmere and yak fibre is certified and meets the Good Cashmere Standard (GCS) that protects animal welfare and grasslands as well as the livelihood of herders. OCS and GOTS certified plant fibres ensure best practices to protect soil and biodiversity as well as farmers and to keep pesticides out of clothing. You can find more information about their practices here.
