To participate in our reNEWool program please sign up to the program at the RENEWOOL tab below.
Once you have signed up and are ready to send in your goodies, please place a "garment return form" order to generate an Order Number. Please make a note of your new order number to pop in your returns parcel (you will also receive the order number in your order confirmation email). More details below:
*NB. The purpose of placing a garment return form order is simply to generate and record an Order Number to send in with your return items, so you will NOT need to spend time filling out an actual form upon placing your garment return form order!
What happens next:
After placing this order please make a note of your new order number
Send in your pre-loved items and enclose your Order Number as your reference WITH your parcel of goodies to: Woollykins RENEWOOL, Shed 90, 9 Walker Street, The Mill, Castlemaine 3450 VIC
When we receive your parcel it will go into the deep freeze for one week (we need to be vigilant against moths).
We will then assess your returns and allocate points to your account.
You will receive a notification of points to spend approx 2 weeks after sending in your goods
You can then choose to redeem your points on your next order or save them up to spend later. 1 point = 1 dollar (AUD) Points will expire after 18 months of allocation.
Before sending please note garments must have been purchased from Woollykins and meet the following criteria:
