Local Customers can pick up orders from our Castlemaine Studio Monday to Friday 11am-5pm and Saturday 11am-4pm.

We’re based in Central Victoria and take pride in getting your order out as quickly as possible.

If you are in Australia, your order should arrive within 1-7 business days after it ships depending on the delivery option selected. Usually 2-4 days is standard in Victoria and 3-6 days to other states. Delivery can take up to 7-10 days to WAand remote addresses.

We use E-Parcel by Australia Post for all our standard shipping. We can ship to any address that Australia Post recognises including PO Boxes. All parcels are trackable with tracking numbers sent automatically after your order leaves us. 

Certainly! Express orders are prioritised on the packing table and usually leave same day.

For AUS orders choose EXPRESS Post at check out. Victorian customers who qualify for Free Standard Shipping can upgrade to an Express service for $5.

DHL EXPRESSCourier is now available for International Destinations.

The Auspost Express service is no longer guaranteed to arrive next day, but they often do. Next day deliveries on Saturday are not possible.

If your order hasn’t been picked up yet you may be able to add items to this order to save shipping.

If your order has already been processed, it will not be possible to combine your orders sorry. 

Yes, mostly (see below for exceptions).

Our satchels are worm-safe, home compostable cornstarch bio-plastic and we use recycled and/or minimal compostable packaging in all parcels. Our printed material is compostable and printed on post-consumer recycled paper with eco inks. Our cardboard boxes or kraft card satchels are made from recycled card and are compostable/recyclable.

We try to avoid sending you any single use plastics. Engel, Cosilana and some Ruskovilla basics come in a recycled plastic or food safe plastic zip lock bag to protect these delicates but they are very useful to keep - especially for keeping your woollens or mending yarns safe from moths in the Summer.

Keep and Reuse again and again like we do. You can request not to receive these but those items may not be exchangeable.

Select Local Pick Up at checkout and you'll get a message to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Orders can be collected 11am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11-4pm Saturday. 

To collect your order please come to Shed 90, 9 Walker Street The Mill Castlemaine - located next to Art Puff and opposite Boomtown Winery. (During the month of January we are closed on Monday)

It's always frustrating when a package goes awry. Thankfully this rarely happens. However, once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if they are lost or stolen. Compensation can be sought from Australia Post by the customer. If your tracking number shows that your package is delivered but you did not receive it, please contact Australia Post for more information.

We ship with DHL Express Courier or Australia Post’s Standard Parcel service which includes tracking. 

Depending on your country’s customs and duties arrangements you may incur extra fees to clear your goods. Duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs department for more info.

When you choose DHL EXPRESS you can choose from the following free in-flight delivery options for control, visibility and flexibility via SMS / eMail:

• Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.

• Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days. 

End to end real time tracking and estimated delivery time is included. 

We recommend using DHL Express during peak periods to avoid any delays during a busy period.
