We love Disana's cloth nappy system. 100% organic and plastic-free for natural, toxic-free nappying. We used the Disana system for all three of our babies.

Woollykins is located on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia.
We keep all products in stock here in Castlemaine and DO NOT drop ship using other businesses. We only have the one warehouse/showroom here in Castlemaine where you can pick up orders locally.
Woollykins is a small team of just four people wearing many hats (all woollen of course).
Our orders ship daily and are collected by Australia Post at 3pm sharp Monday - Friday. We do not pack orders on the weekend. Most days any order made before 9am will be posted the same day but we can not guarantee that. We need time to process and pack orders and some days are much busier than others.
If you need your items quickly Express Post is the fastest option. We do not offer same day or courier shipping options. Express Post normally takes 1-3 business days and 3-6 business days for our customers in WA, NT and QLD customers but Australia Post no longer guarantee Express Post times. Please see our table below for estimated delivery times (metro areas).
Express post orders are prioritised on the Packing Table. Auspost can experience delays to International shipping and some domestic delays during peak periods.
Packaging
We believe in using minimal packaging that can easily be reused or composted.
We use Better Packaging POLLAST!C mailers - made from recycled plastic pollution rescued from the environment in Southeast Asia. Independent Life Cycle Analysis has shown POLLAST!C mailers to be the lowest carbon form of packaging currently commercially available.
Most of the remaining packaging in your order can be put in the compost or worm farm.
Any Engel/Cosilana/Hocosa recycled plastic zip lock bags are very useful to keep to store your delicates away from moths in the Summer.
Our stickers are home compostable and our care cards are all printed in Australia on FSC certified Post Consumer Recycled card stock with eco friendly water based inks.

We’re based in Central Victoria and take pride in getting your order out as quickly as possible.
If you are in Australia, your order should arrive within 1-7 business days after it ships depending on the delivery option selected. Usually 2-4 days is standard in Victoria and 3-6 days to other states. Delivery can take up to 7-10 days to WAand remote addresses.

Certainly! Express orders are prioritised on the packing table and usually leave same day.
For AUS orders choose EXPRESS Post at check out. VIC customers who qualify for Free Standard Shipping can upgrade to an Express service for $5. We're sorry this upgrade isn't available for other states. Shipping Express Interstate is really really expensive!
DHL EXPRESS Courier is now available for International Destinations.
The Auspost Express service is no longer guaranteed to arrive next day, but they often do. Next day deliveries on Saturday are not possible. -
We use E-Parcel by Australia Post for all our standard and express shipping. We can ship to any address that Australia Post recognises including PO Boxes. All parcels are trackable with tracking numbers sent automatically after your order leaves us.

Email orders@woollykins.com.au with the subject Add to Order with details of what you'd like to add and we can Edit your exisiting order. Alternatively call us during office hours to adjust.
If your order has already been processed, it will not be possible to combine your orders sorry.

Yes, mostly (see below for exceptions).
Our satchels are worm-safe, home compostable cornstarch bio-plastic and we use recycled and/or minimal compostable packaging in all parcels. Our printed material is compostable and printed on post-consumer recycled paper with eco inks. Our cardboard boxes or kraft card satchels are made from recycled card and are compostable/recyclable.
We try to avoid sending you any single use plastics. Engel, Cosilana and some Ruskovilla basics come in a recycled plastic or food safe plastic zip lock bag to protect these delicates but they are very useful to keep - especially for keeping your woollens or mending yarns safe from moths in the Summer.
Keep and Reuse again and again like we do. You can request not to receive these but those items may not be exchangeable.

Select Local Pick Up at checkout and you'll get a message to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Orders can be collected 11am-5pm Monday to Friday and 11-4pm Saturday.
To collect your order please come to Shed 90, 9 Walker Street The Mill Castlemaine - located next to Art Puff and opposite Boomtown Winery. (During the month of January we are closed on Monday)

We ship with DHL Express Courier or Australia Post’s Standard Parcel service which includes tracking.
