Certainly not! We use recycled and minimal packaging in our parcels and won't send you any single use plastics. We've used Better Packaging's Home Compostable AND Safe for Worms postal satchels from the very beginning. Be sure to keep Engel/Cosilana zip lock baggies as they are food safe and perfect for all sorts of uses - especially for keeping your woollens safe from moths in the Summer.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200. Domestic shipping is at a flatrate of $9, and $14 for Express. International Flat Rate postage for orders under 2kg is $15 New Zealand and $25 Rest of the World. Scroll down for international shipping costs for orders over 2kg. Local Customers can pick up orders for free from our Castlemaine Studio Wednesdays & Fridays 11am-5pm.
We currently offer shipping to Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan. Contact us if you require shipping outside of these countries. (There may be some new restrictions due to Covid-19)
We use E-Parcel by Australia Post for all our standard shipping. Because of this, we can ship to any address that Australia Post recognises including PO Boxes. All parcels are trackable with tracking numbers sent automatically after your order leaves us.
We ship internationally with Australia Post’s Pack and Track service which includes tracking.
We currently despatch orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, possibly longer in our peak season (Apr-July). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note any order placed after 3 PM AEST on Thursday or over the weekend will ship out the following Monday. We are unable to process orders on weekends or holidays.
We’re based in Central Victoria. If you are in Australia, your order will arrive within 1-7 business days after it ships. Usually 2-4 days is standard. Delivery can take up to 7 days to WA and remote addresses.
If you are in NZ and have chosen the Pack and Track option deliveries take around 5-7 days. Other International orders vary in times between 7-14 days. Please note that the time your items take to clear customs will also vary by location.
We work as hard as we can to stick to these timeframes, but in the event of weather, carrier delays, or production issues, your delivery may take longer. We promise we’ll make sure any wait is as short as possible.
Local Pick Up is available from 11am-5pm Wednesday & Friday. To collect your order please come to Shed 90, 9 Walker Street The Mill Castlemaine.
Yes! Domestic orders can choose $14 EXPRESS FLAT RATE DOMESTIC E-PARCEL (1-2 DAYS*) at check out. If your order qualifies for Free Standard Shipping you can upgrade to an Express service for $5. The Express service is not guaranteed to arrive next day as we are located outside the Auspost Express network, but express services do usually arrive the next day. Next day deliveries on Saturday are not possible. Some delays possible due to Covid-19 which are out of our control.
Because we do our best to fulfil every order as soon as possible, we may be unable to make changes to order details, including address changes, once it has been placed. If you do need to change anything, please email info@woollykins.com.au or call/text message (0468335765) us as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet you may be able to add items to this order to save shipping. You will need to email/text message us for a special code and place the new order and we can combine your orders. If your order has already been packed then it might not be possible to combine your orders and you may be invoiced for flat rate postage.
Depending on your country’s customs and duties arrangements you may incur extra fees to clear your goods. Duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs department for info.
It's always frustrating when a package goes awry. Thankfully this has very rarely happened. However, once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if they are lost or stolen. Compensation can be sought from Australia Post by the customer. If your tracking number shows that your package is delivered but you did not receive it, please contact Australia Post for more information.
