Pure Pure Sun Hats

We're pleased to introduce Pure Pure organic cotton and linen sun hats for babies and children, UV rated to Australian and New Zealand standards and made entirely from natural fibres with no chemical UV treatments. Great designs for little ones providing good shade for the face and neck whilst being practical and very cool to wear. 

Pure Pure by Bauer is a third generation German brand making hats since 1947. Since 2013 Pure Pure have been the first hat manufacturer with GOTS certification and pride themselves with meeting the strict Social and Environmental standards from the production of their raw materials to maintaining fair conditions throughout the supply chain.

UV Protection Pure Pure hats have been tested according to Australian-New Zealand sun production standards and all their hats have good to very good UV protection. And that is without any chemical post-treatment as per many other UV rated hats. The dense weaves and strong colours protect naturally. Generally, the darker the colour the higher the UV rating.

Pure Pure hats are entirely produced in Europe, specifically Lithuania, Poland and Italy. Like many of Woollykins brands, Pure Pure are members of the International Association of Natural Textiles (IVN), which has the task of exploring ecological relationships, defining environmental standards and promoting the use of natural textiles in the fashion industry.
