Beautiful soft lambskin fleece insoles to keep your feet snuggly and warm. Made from chromium-free medical grade fleece.
KAISER's lambskin insoles have undergone a special tanning process that is low in pollutants. This is constantly checked by experienced environmental institutes. The medical lambskins are easy to care for and have a self-cleaning power in the fresh air. In addition, these are fully washable up to 30°C with our special sheepskin detergent.
Medical grade tanning uses a synthetic tanning agent, the golden-yellow colour is not dyed, but is the result of low-emission tanning. The main difference between the Medical grade lambskins and our organically tanned lambskin insoles for children is the tanning method. The tanning of the Medical grade lambskins allow them to be machine washed and at higher temperatures if needed.
Kaiser Baby's medical Lamb & Sheepskins are audited annually by TÜV Rheinland for harmful substances and the guidelines of Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class I.
The skins are a byproduct of meat production so no sheep has died for their skin and all parts of the animal are used. All sheep are mulesing-free by European law.

If they get wet and muddy and quickly rinse and hang to dry and brush out dirt when dry. Extra Care Info: Regular airing keeps your skin clean and fresh. Since lambskins have natural self-cleaning properties it is usually enough to hang in the fresh air to aid cleaning. These medical grade lambskins undergo a tanning process that enables them to be washed in a 30 degress maximum wool machine cycle. They can also be washed gently by hand in lukewarm water. See our guide to washing wool. It is important that you keep massaging and shaping the leather during the drying process, otherwise the leather may get hard - a cool tumble dry can also help to keep the skin supple. Dry with the leather side up, out of direct sunlight and away from the heater.
