Keep warm this winter with a wool-covered 100% natural rubber hot water bottle. This hot water bottle comes with a beautiful vintage-style cover made from a blend of 50% recycled wool and 50% virgin wool in Tweedmill's limited edition stripe design. Great home essential for sick children, to warm the bed before sleeptime, for body aches and pains and much more. Handy design - no need to remove the bottle to refill. The pure 100% wool cover promotes comfort and healing - and it keeps the bottle warm for so much longer than synthetic covers!

Unlike most recycled wool on the market today, Tweedmill recycled wool remains 100% wool and free from added "mixed fibres" which are usually a blend of synthetics. They are traditionally spun in the world's original textile recycling region of Yorkshire and re-woven in Wales.

Includes 100% natural rubber Hot Water Bottle manufactured by Sure Health and Beauty UK. Sure Thermal hot water bottles are manufactured to the latest requirements of BS1970-2012.

    Size: one size - 20x37cm

Note - there is no zipper on the Tweedmill covers. Here is how to remove the cover if you eventually need to wash it or replace the bottle inside:Take out the stopper.Fold both the wings of the bottle itself into the centre so that the bottle becomes only as wide as the mouth of the opening itself and then work the cover off.

Colours:Grey base with stripes in multi colours - we have grouped by the colour of the Blanket Stitch Edging - each cover is different however.

    Brand: Tweedmill
    Designed in: Wales
Origin of Fibre: New Zealand (both new and recycled)
    Country of manufacture: Wales
Fabric structure: 50% recycled wool, 50% virgin wool
    100% Biodegradable: Yes
Machine Washable: No (see our guide to washing wool)

Care: Spot Clean or Handwash recommended - lukewarm water with wool shampoo. Airing does wool wonders, gentle handwash when required in tepid water, press moisture out in a towel, reshape and dry flat. See our Wool Care section for wool stain removers and no-rinse eco wool wash Eucalan

Note on using machine wash: Wool washing programmes of washing machines vary massively, therefore we can not grant warranty for any damages. If you do choose to use your wool washing machine cycle always use cold. If you choose to wash at 30 degrees the machine will still rinse with cold water and this shock to the fibres can cause the wool to shrink.
