Women's Gansey Cardi - 100% Chunky Highland Wool - Light Natural Grey (S-M)

We made a couple of extra Light Natural Grey chunky gansey cardi's with some extra yarn we found - only in S-M. Also available in new Gingerbread in more sizes - listed separately. 

It's a soft springy yarn that feels so warm. It has a real homespun feel. Durable, thick, warm - gorgeous pure wool.

Women’s vintage style cardigan in textured knit pattern inspired by the classic Gansey fishermen's sweater and made from 100% Andean highland wool. Designed by UMIFORM, our own Woollykins Women's label and ethically made in Peru in collaboration with My Alpaca Copenhagen. 

100% Highland Wool from Peru. Oeko Tex certified. 

Andean highland wool comes from a crossbreed sheep that lives at high altitudes over 2000ft in the Peruvian Andes and is managed by traditional shepherds in the high country. The sheep is a cross between Merino and Corriedale and the wool is characterised as soft and thick with exceptional strength, elasticity and warmth.

Measurements taken flat across the front of garment unstretched. The knit is quitestretchy. 
S-M - Length from shoulder to hem 49cm, Chest 52cm, Sleeve length 57cm
M-L - Length from shoulder to hem 52cm, Chest 56cm, Sleeve 61cm

Colour: Light Natural Grey (Undyed) (other colours available in 100% baby alpaca - listed separately)

Care: Air between uses. Handwash only when required. Reshape while damp and dry flat. Mend any thread pulls or holes immediately.
