This beautiful 100% virgin wool blanket by Tweedmill is woven in a gorgeous check with intricate details in navy and peacock blues. The Hutton Check adds charm and comfort to any home. Expert weavers use traditional techniques to create an intricate weave using natural pure new wool yarn. 

The Hutton Check is part of Tweedmill's Drapers Collection, which showcases designs from emerging talent. The Drapers Memorial Textile Prize, founded in 2016 with the Shrewsbury Drapers in memory of Jackie Ryan who held the reins at Tweedmill for more than 25 years, honors this legacy. The 2023 winner, Rose Hutton, created the intricate Hutton Check.

Note on using machine wash: Wool washing programmes of washing machines vary massively, therefore we can not grant warranty for any damages. If you do choose to use your wool washing machine cycle always use cold. If you choose to wash at 30 degrees the machine will still rinse with cold water and this shock to the fibres can cause the wool to shrink.
