Moss Crop Jumper - 100% Highland Wool

Cute and stylish crop jumper in pure 100% RWS highland wool. 

We love wearing jumpers over dresses and can never find a true crop length drop shoulder sweater, so we designed the Moss Crop and absolutely love it! It's boxy with drop sleeves and moss stitch panels that create structure and warmth. This jumper has a beautiful shoulder line and looks super flattering on. 

Andean highland wool comes from a crossbreed sheep that lives at high altitudes over 2000ft in the Andes and is managed by traditional shepherds in the high country. The sheep breed is a cross between Merino and Corriedale and the wool is characterised as soft and thick with exceptional strength, elasticity and warmth. 

Yarn notes:

N.B - Blue & Chestnut - This beautiful yarn has a more rugged handfeel than merino. The textural qualities are enhanced by the moss stitch patterning along the body and sleeves. This yarn has great elasticity, firmness and recovery and is a sensory delight to our wool loving hands.  This yarn is spun and dyed in Italy from 27 micron pure new wool and is untreated for felting, sustainably grown and mulesing free. 

N.B - French Clay (undyed) - We managed to get the very last of this yarn as it has been discontinued, but it's one of our favourites - it's undyed so due to the minimal processing it has that lovely lanolin smell, which eventually airs out (sadly). It's the same yarn as we make the Chunky Gansey Cardigan in.

Care: Air between uses. Handwash only when required. Reshape while damp and dry flat. Mend any thread pulls or holes immediately.

Garment measurements: taken in cm on garment laid flat (double for circumference). Tip: Compare to a similar style garment in your wardrobe. Measurements are approximate as there is a little natural variation due to the handmade nature of production and finishing knitwear.
