For breastfeeding in Winter, this can be worn under a wool/silk longsleeve Engel top - simply lift top layer for feeds - the neckline on the vest is low & stretchy enough to pull down for feeding. This keeps your tummy covered and warm.

With regards to using your wool washing machine cycle always use cold. If you choose to wash at 30 degrees the machine will still rinse with cold water and this shock to the fibres can cause the wool to shrink.
