Super soft fine organic merino wool thermal leggings by Engel which are only made in three sizes, S, M, L.

Comfy, very stretchy, warm 100% fine merino leggings. Great base layer for winter or on chilly days in Spring/Autumn. Excellent breathable thermal underwear for hiking, camping and skiing, or under trousers for winter bushwalking. Temperature and moisture regulating. Makes great PJs also, very comfy with non constricting elastic waistband. The 100% merino wool is slightly thicker and warmer than their wool/silk blend at 200gsm. Features a cuff at the ankle which the wool/silk leggings do not have.

    100% organic undyed merino wool
    Made in Germany by Engel
    IVN BEST certified organic

    Colour: Natural

Sizes: Small (38/40) 10-12, Medium (42/44) 14-16, Large (46/48) 18-20. The European size refers to the circumference at top of hips in Inches.

Garment Measurements taken flat across the front (in cm):  Size 34/36: Waist elastic band width 26cm, Hip width 33, Length 105; Size 38/40: Waist elastic band width 28, Hip width 37, Length 106; Size 42/44: Waist elastic band width 30, Hip width 41, Length 107; Size 46/48: Waist elastic band width 32, Hip width 45, Length 108cm

Fit advice: Regular fit, very slightly looser fit than the wool/silk leggings, the fine rib fabric is very stretchy and waistband elastic non-constricting.

Care: Handwash recommended but can also be washed in a wool machine cycle (Naturtexx processed for machine washing - non-chemical eco process).  See Wool Care

Note on using machine wash:Wool washing programmes of washing machines vary massively, therefore we can not grant warranty for any damages. With regards to using your wool washing machine cycle always use cold. If you choose to wash at 30 degrees the machine will still rinse with cold water and this shock to the fibres can cause the wool to shrink.

IVN BEST is the highest ecological standard that can currently be achieved in the textile industry, taking into account environmental & social welfare. The IVN BEST certification is only awarded to textiles made from 100% organically produced natural fibres. The certification takes into account all the environmental effects of the entire production process, from production of the fibres to the finished garment, along with high social welfare standards for all companies involved in the process.
