Organic Silk & Wool Breast Warmer Pads (20cm)

Luxurious and soft silk lined breast warmers in organic merino wool. Suitable for all new mothers these breast pads keep the breast warm and healthy for comfortable nursing and are made out of breathable 100% organic merino wool and lined with gorgeously smooth organic silk. The products are made out of pure and undyed natural fibres are therefore are also safe for baby.

Wool nursing pads help to keep the breast warm and are recommended for use all year round. Using a breast pad that covers the entire breast in natural wool helps to stimulate blood circulation and healthy lactation and provides relief in many breastfeeding problems as well as promoting the healing of sore nipples. Often only 2 sets of wool breast pads are required for nursing. Alternate use and when wet, dry and air to clean/freshen before using again. 

Because pure wool keeps you warm even when damp, neutralises odours and doesn’t require frequent washing. Pure Wool with no synthetics is also a fire-resistant material that returns to nature at the end of its life cycle.

Care: Air frequently - wash seldom - protect against moths. Wool is self-cleaning: the lanolin in natural wool products reacts with oxygen in the air and neutralises odours. Frequent airing reduces the need to wash your garment. Wash wool preferably by hand in lukewarm water. Use Sonett's wool/silk natural wool shampoo. Shape the garment whilst damp. The garment shrinks a little in the first wash. Protect wool against moths and beetles. When not in daily use, store it in the product bag provided for storage.
