Light comfortable sleeveless summer dress in a fine hemp and cotton chambray. A chambray weave is a plain weave using different coloured yarns in warp and weft. This fabric is made from 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton. The irregularity of the yarns gives the fabric a natural texture with a smooth crisp drape.
This fabric is made from organic cotton and hemp, a luxurious blend of two plant fibres. Organic cotton is grown without the use of harmful pesticides or insecticides and without GMO and made fair. Organic agriculture takes care of the environment by using no pesticides and less water than conventional cotton. Hemp is carbon negative and makes a comfortable, breathable, feels cool and is one of the strongest natural fibres. The plant requires only small amounts of water and it grows easy without the use of chemicals. Hemp has antibacterial properties and shows a natural resistance to UV.
