Stunning Fairisle knitted cardigan inspired by the Icelandic style yoke cardigan with Icelandic mountain motif and wooden buttons knitted from 100% baby alpaca. Baby alpaca is a silky smooth and natural fibre for sensitive skin. We put one of these cardi's to the test on our 8 year old in the 6-8y size and the following year it was passed down to the 5 year old. It's been very well loved and still looks new, it will be used and loved again this year and then put aside for the littlest. That is the thing that always strikes me about As We Grow pieces, great value for money because they last so well. Most of their pieces come with little pack darning threads and wooden button replacements if needed. It's these touches that make As We Grow our favourites.
